GMTH technologists of our innovation center present a new product – dry mix for bread “Grekhemskaya”.

Grekhemskiy bread is a combination of flour from various cereals with valuable oilseeds and flavory rye sourdough. This dry mix is rich in fiber and minerals. The high content of sunflower and flax seeds enriches it with vitamins E and P. Bread is prepared by a special technology that retains all the useful components.

Ingredients:

  • kernel of sunflower seeds
  • flax seeds
  • soybean meal
  • chopped peas
  • wheat bran
  • fermented rye malt
  • fried barley flour

Usage:

  • grain types of bread
  • bakery and artificial products
  • puff and yeast products
  • in classical technology and in technology of shock freezing
