Improver CROISSANT

Do you know that the croissant has its own international holiday “Croissant Day” – the 30th of January?! The homeland of this delicacy is Austria of the 17th century (it was not yet a puff product), and 200 years later, France made the croissant its gastronomic symbol, and adding obligatory 50 layers to the technology of its preparation. Since then, light baking has conquered the whole world and continues to inspire bakers to experiment. For example, crowns have become popular in the United States – a combination of croissants and donuts – something like puff donuts.

Traditional puff-yeast products and experiments with them are also gaining popularity both among industrial producers and among craft business in Ukraine. Therefore, we have developed improvers “Croissant” and “Croissant Super”, that can be useful in any production and for each baker. They will help to improve the quality of puff-yeast products, extend their shelf life and ensure their high-quality deep-freezing.
