Egg powder is a concentrated food product made from chicken eggs by drying the egg mass (protein and yolk) together. It contains mineral substances: phosphorus, sulfur, iron, zinc.
Egg powder differs from eggs in that it does not contain salmonella and is a completely safe product containing antibacterial protection. This product, unlike eggs, has a long shelf life, preserves all the useful properties of eggs and is easy to use.
The shelf life of the egg powder at a temperature of no higher than 20 ° C and relative humidity of air is not more than 75% – up to 6 months, at a temperature of no higher than 2 ° C and relative humidity of 60 – 70% – up to 2 years.
