We improve and share our experience

Nowadays, Easter bakery has united the experts of the bakery industry from all over Ukraine at the technological seminar of our company. It was about the possibilities of expanding the range in this sphere.
The team of the Innovation Center presented the whole variety of Easter products, starting with a lean-toed cheese curd, ending with the traditional Italian “Panettone”. Our technologists prepared Easter cake with a help of traditional recipies, as well as with using of modern technologies. The decoration of done products was distinguished by the refinement and originality of decorative elements from mastic, sugar semi-finished products, kandurins, marapan and dried fruits.
We are sincerely grateful to all the specialists who joined our seminar and master class, filling it with creativity, warm atmosphere and unforgettable impressions.
